Smash 2

This was our second smash of the month. And yes, we did smash a lot of things. This one is goes out to Corey, cause he brought the axe to work.

July 28th

Bible study number 2 is coming up. This time meet at the church, we will go from there. I heard it is going to be really hot so we may decide to hit up the beach or park or whatever. Bring a bag lunch, bible, sunscreen, hackysack, and whatever else you need. We'll be hanging out and working through some of the life of David. Hope to see you all there.

July 14th

Hey all, so this coming TUESDAY the 14th we will be having a Youth Lunch/ Bible Study down at the Beach. That means you need to come out!!! So Bring your friends. We will be meeting at White Mountain at 12 nooner. Bring a Bag lunch, beach clothes, bibles, sunscreen, towels, etc. We will hang out, eat lunch, and be starting a study on the life of David. It's going to be a blast. See you there.

Oh yeah in if it is not so good weather. The plan is the same, we will just hang out in the coffee shop.

July 5th 2009

Hey everyone. It has certainly been a while but we are ready to kick off into summer mode. On Sunday we are having a fundraiser to raise funds for the youth department. So we need your help!!! We will be bbqing and selling hot dogs, and we will need people to come and help wash cars! So come out to the morning service at 10:30am, directly after the service we will start out fundraiser, so make sure you wear some clothes that you won't mind washing cars in. Summer Is Here

Hey guys and gals I hope your excited for summer. If you aren't already in the full swing of sleeping in and vegging out all day, then you will be soon.

First of all I would like to introduce our new intern.



This is Corey. Feel free to stop by the church and come meet him.

Second, our first event of the summer is going to be a Youth Fundraiser. It will be a Car Wash/BBQ. It will be happening July 5th after church. So come on out and help us wash some cars, and cook some hot dogs.

Week of June 8th

Youth This Week

Last one of our regular year! This week is going to be a party. There will be pizza, there will be pop, and other goodies. We are also going to revisit some of the best games of the year. Can someone say flour gladiators. It's going to be a blast so bring out your friends.

After this week there will continue to be Sunday Small groups. But for the rest of June there will be no youth. This will give you time to write exams, and finish up what needs to be finished up at School. Then starting July we will kick into a more relaxed summer mode. Can you say events? Can you say Beach Bible Studies? So keep your ears open to keep up to date on what is happening throughout the summer.

Youth This Week

Barney Rubble... Trouble.

Alright since my little weather updater tells me it will be sunny tomorrow please come out prepared to take part in some summer-like activities. That means don't wear clothes that you do want to get messy or wet. This will be the second last regular youth night before we shift into summer mode, so let's make the best of it.

Youth This Week

Word.

This week, we have the return of youth. Tuesday we will be out to have a blast, but also to learn something about Jesus. So bring out your smiles and dress summer appropriate, cause if this sun holds up we may be outdoors tomorrow for at least part of the night.

Youth This Week

Tuesday - Hey everyone!!! Hope you are all doing well. This week is your last chance to get on the HISTORY MAKER bandwagon. So strap up your boots and get ready to part-A!!! This tuesday we will get back into our look at the Gospel of Mark. There will be games, and all that JAZZ. We are slowly developing the look of the evening so come check it out.

Sunday - There will be NO small groups as we will be at HISTORY MAKER.

Monday - Victoria Day Enjoy the end of your LONG WEEKEND.

Next Tues - There will be no youth, due to the craziness of HM and the holiday.

Youth This Week

May 5th - Tomorrow it will be good to be back. Sean tells me that you all had a lot of fun last week. That's awesome so let's keep it going. This week we will be good, since the ladies are in the fellowship hall that means we will run rampant in the rest of the church. Possibly dark games, if you have any suggestions let me know. Also, as advertised I will be teaching a bit on Tithing and other related material. Bring yer friends.

May 10th - Sunday Small Groups, free candy and pop for those who come out this week.

Also since it is getting nice out and some of you may want to go swimming, I hope your experience is not as hectic as Freds.

Change of Plans

There will be youth next week. The Shaun himself will be heading up the evening. Some of you may be confused. That is because you weren't at youth last week, where I said that I will be away next week. So for the record, there is youth on the 28th. I will not be there. Shaun will be leading you guys, so make sure you are respectful.

The Epic Kung Fu Dance Off

April 21st

Hey everyone. This week is going to be yet another party.

Tuesday:

We are going to watch a video that I am really pumped about. Hopefully it will be a mindset changer. If you are interested in proof of God in creation, if you like stories about miracles, if you like scientific proof for God, or know someone that does; then bring your friends.

Sunday:

Small groups, we will be looking at Part II of Losing It. So come on out!!!

HEADS UP:

Not 7up. Next, Tuesday, that is the 28th of April. There will be no youth. This is because I will be away for the PAOC District conference.

History Maker:

I will need your money in soon if you want to make the 85$ deadline. If you plan on bringing it on a Tuesday then this week is your last chance. If you plan on bringing it on a Sunday then this week will be your last chance.
